Join us for this incredible x2 day event, where the finest techniques that blend both western and eastern styles from John De Zhen are distilled into a hands on x2 day workshop, complete with live demonstrations and one on one guidance.

"For centuries, clay makers have strived to create symmetrical forms using banding wheels and, later, wheel-throwing machines.

Throwing larger pieces has always been a challenge and a goal for advanced potters. In this masterclass, participants will not only learn various techniques for constructing large vessels - specifically aiming to build a piece at least 30cm in height - but will also explore the aesthetics of form from both Eastern and Western perspectives.
